Gary Kellis

I have lived in the Eugene area my whole life, but have spent so much time in the coast range and the Cascades that it seems almost inaccurate to say merely the Eugene area.

I learned the electrical trade in about 1984 and began to realize the importance of accuracy. But accuracy is not as critical in some projects as much as imagination.

My father introduced me to the wilderness at an early age and I’ve always loved the outdoors. I’ve learned that I am actually in a partnership with nature. This partnership requires me to try and stay honest and faithful with nature.

I try to work with the natural world to hopefully bring others the enjoyment that I get being an artist who brings a medium or composition of mediums to a conclusion.
